Council Manager
In this role, their responsibilities will include overseeing 10 Suburb Managers, ensuring the completion of their daily tasks, providing support to enhance their performance, motivating them, and closely monitoring their activities. Any complaints unresolved by the suburb manager will be escalated to the council manager, who will possess special authority to resolve them.
Helpy will appoint a Council Manager to supervise every 10 Suburb Managers and their daily operations. This role can be either a direct employment opportunity at Helpy, offering competitive salaries and bonuses, or it can be provided as an annual contract-based business venture. The latter option holds the potential for earning up to five times more than the income of Suburb Managers.
Responsibilities
Appointment
Council Managers will be responsible for the enrollment process of various parties, including Suburb Managers, Service Providers, Service Managers, Helpy Store & Kitchen Operators, and adding resources to Helpy Rentals.
Promoting Helpy App
Under the oversight of the Council Manager, regular events must be organized to promote the Helpy app, as well as special product and service launches. As a Council Manager, it's crucial to be aware of the total population under your jurisdiction, the number of active users, and to devise strategies to increase active users on the Helpy Platform. Consistent plans should also be developed to onboard more specialized services.
Training
The primary role of Council Managers is to closely monitor the performance of Suburb and Service Managers, and consistently provide them with necessary training to enhance their performance. This will create a positive ripple effect among all stakeholders within the Helpy System.
Service Providers
Council Managers will share responsibility for assigning Service Providers to specific areas for task completion. This allocation process takes into account various parameters and involves collaboration with local Suburb and Service Managers, who oversee the respective areas.
Quality Control
The Council Manager is tasked with implementing stringent measures to ensure the quality output of all Helpy services provided to the community.

Age Requirement

Previous experience in managing a small business with more than two staff members, or project management experience gained from a corporate setting, will be taken into consideration for this role.
